Shipping & Returns

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 7-12 working days from dispatch, however we do recognize that there are events that can occur that are out of our control; such as carrier/postal delays. A standard shipping charge of $12.99 (USD) is applicable to orders delivered within the United States.

    Tracked shipping to the above territories is free on all orders over the value of $100.*

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of payment receipt depending on stock availability. Our order processing operating times are Monday to Friday only. Bambino Mio cannot be responsible for delays in delivery of your order as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control, however we will always endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order where possible.

    If you refuse or fail to take delivery of your order/products provided in accordance with these terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to your order/products.

  • We’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means we can’t make any changes to the order details, shipping addresses or payment methods.

  • If you have received the incorrect item or are missing an item within your order, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Get in touch with us here and our Customer Care team will resolve this as quickly as possible for you. We will also provide you with a suitable return option.

  • We’re here to help you use and get into a routine with your reusable nappies. If you’re having trouble using your nappies and would like some support and advise from us, click here to contact our nappy experts.

    We accept returns for products purchased directly from us within 28 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products that have been washed, tried on or worn.

    Once the products are returned, you will be notified once your return has been received and your refund has been issued. Your original delivery charge cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days of the goods being received by us.

    Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for shipping costs and lost or damaged packages in transit. When returning your items to us, we recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage and keep a record of your tracking number when posting your return to us.

  • If you have received a damaged or faulty item upon arrival, please report this to us within 7 days of receipt by clicking here.

    If you believe you have a product with a fault, click here to get in touch with our team. All of our products are covered by a product guarentee and if a true manufacturing fault has been identified we will investigate provide you with an exchange/refund.

    Faulty products are deemed as manufacturing faults and does not cover general wear and tear of products or incorrect usage/care of products.

  • If products have not been purchased directly from us and from a third party retailer then you must contact that retailer if you would like to return/exchange a product.

    If you have purchased your Bambino Mio product from a third party retailer, but believe your product is faulty, we can investigate this for you providing that they are an official Bambino Mio stockist and proof of purchase is provided.

    Your nappies are covered by a product guarentee and if a true manufacturing fault has been identified, we will investigate and provide you with an replacement. A refund can only be obtained from the original seller.
