A standard delivery charge of $6.90 is applied to orders delivered nationwide.

We aim to dispatch all products within 5 - 7 working days within New Zealand. While we endeavour to meet such time scales, we do not undertake to despatch products and/or commence services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Wainhouse Distribution Ltd cannot be responsible for delays in product delivery as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control.

If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, Wainhouse Distribution Ltd cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to the Products.

Returns

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased directly from us, please contact enquiries@wainhousedist.co.nz with your enquiry and reason for return.

Wainhouse Distribution Ltd will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from its online store providing products are in saleable condition and within 28 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required).

When returning products we advise you obtain a (free) certificate of posting. Wainhouse Distribution Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost/damaged in the post.

Please fill out the your details on the Return & Exchange Form on the reverse of your order receipt and send this form together with all items returned to the following address: Bambino Mio Australia, PO Box 1035, Bibra Lake WA 6965.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

If there is a problem with your order for which Wainhouse Distribution Ltd are responsible we will provide a postage bag for you to return the incorrect product, once products are received, correct products will be posted to you.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

Wainhouse Distribution Ltd will exchange or replace any damaged or faulty products (faulty meaning a manufacturing fault has been identified).

Wainhouse Distribution Ltd can only replace products which have been purchased directly from its online store at either www.bambinomio.com/nz

If products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identified Wainhouse Distribution Ltd will pay for the products to be returned.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES

Any products purchased from third parties must be returned to third parties.

Wainhouse Distribution Ltd can offer help and advice on how to use products or help determine if there is any damage or manufacturing faults. However, if appropriate a refund / replacement can only be obtained from the original seller.
