A standard shipping charge of $6.99 (USD) is applied to orders delivered within the United States. We aim to deliver all orders within 7-12 working days. This shipping service is not tracked.
Tracked shipping to the above territories is free on all orders over the value of $75.*
While we endeavor to meet such time scales, we do not undertake to dispatch products and/or commence Services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Bambino Mio cannot be responsible for delays in product shipping as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control.
If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to the Products.

We ship all over the world via our Rest of the World site www.bambinomio.com. If you wish to place an order please use the country selection in the top right hand corner of this webpage to select your country. All prices and delivery times are available at checkout. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
We’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means we can’t make any changes to the order details, shipping addresses or payment methods.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return a product purchased directly from us for a refund or exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry and reason for return.
Bambino Mio will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from its online store providing products are in saleable condition and within 45 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required). You can expect a refund within 4-7 working days of Bambino Mio receiving your return.
When returning products we advise you obtain a proof of postage. Bambino Mio cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost/damaged in the mail.
Please note, due to the nature of the product if the product has been washed or worn the item is deemed ‘not saleable.’

If products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identiﬁed Bambino Mio will pay for the products to be returned.
