STANDARD SHIPPING (USA):
We aim to deliver all orders within 7-12 working days from dispatch, however we do recognize that there are events that can occur that are out of our control; such as carrier/postal delays. A standard shipping charge of $6.99 (USD) is applicable to orders delivered within the United States. Please note our standard shipping service is not a tracked service.
Tracked shipping to the above territories is free on all orders over the value of $75.*
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of payment receipt depending on stock availability. Our order processing operating times are Monday to Friday only. Bambino Mio cannot be responsible for delays in delivery of your order as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control, however we will always endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order where possible.
If you refuse or fail to take delivery of your order/products provided in accordance with these terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to your order/products.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
We’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means we can’t make any changes to the order details, shipping addresses or payment methods.
Can I still purchase your products?
Yes, following Brexit you can still buy products from our website.
Is the cost of my order be affected by Brexit?
No, Bambino Mio will continue to offer quality products at reasonable prices with no additional taxes or duties. The price you see at the checkout is the final cost of your order with all duties included.
Will my order be delayed due to Brexit?
Currently there are no delays to delivery times. We have put several measures in place to avoid any impact on your delivery time and in the unlikely event your order is affected, we will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return a product purchased directly from us for a refund or exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry and reason for return.
Bambino Mio will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from its online store providing products are in saleable condition and within 45 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required). You can expect a refund within 4-7 working days of Bambino Mio receiving your return.
When returning products we advise you obtain a proof of postage. Bambino Mio cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost/damaged in the mail.
Please note, due to the nature of the product if the product has been washed or worn the item is deemed ‘not saleable.’
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
Items purchased between November 1st 2021 and December 31st 2021 can be returned for an exchange or refund up until January 31st 2022. Our standard terms and conditions apply. For purchases made from January 1st 2022, our normal returns policy applies.
