STANDARD SHIPPING (USA):

A standard shipping charge of $5.99 (USD) is applied to orders delivered within the United States. We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days. This shipping service is not tracked.

Tracked shipping to the above territories is free on all orders over the value of $50.*

While we endeavor to meet such time scales, we do not undertake to dispatch products and/or commence Services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Bambino Mio cannot be responsible for delays in product shipping as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control.

If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to the Products.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (USA):

An express shipping option is available on all orders to the USA.

An express shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied to all orders.

We aim to deliver all express shipping orders within 2 to 3 working days.

Express shipping is excluded on Public Holidays.

Shipping is fully tracked and delivery notifications via email are provided by the carrier. A signature may be required on receipt of your order.

If you refuse or fail to take delivery of products provided in accordance with these Terms, Bambino Mio cannot be held liable for any risk of loss or damage to the products.

STANDARD DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)

If you live outside of the USA and wish to place an order please use the country selection in the top right hand corner of this webpage to select your country. If your country of residence is not listed, please contact us at customercare@bambinomio.com or complete our contact us form.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased directly from us, please contact customercare@bambinomio.com with your inquiry and reason for return.

Bambino Mio will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from its online store providing products are in saleable condition and within 35 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required).

When returning products we advise you obtain a proof of postage. Bambino Mio cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost/damaged in the mail.

Please note, due to the nature of the product if the product has been washed or worn the item is deemed ‘not saleable.’

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

Bambino Mio will exchange or replace any damaged or faulty products covered by our guarantee.guarantee. View our guarantee to see full details.

Bambino Mio can only replace products which have been purchased directly from its online store at www.bambinomio.com/usa.

If products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identified Bambino Mio will pay for the products to be returned.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES

Any products purchased from third parties must be returned to third parties.

Bambino Mio can offer help and advice on how to use products or help determine if there is any damage or manufacturing faults. However, if appropriate a refund / replacement can only be obtained from the original seller.
