This Promotion is open globally to all entrants aged 18 or over.

Any person who is an employee of Bambino Mio, an immediate family member of a Bambino Mio employee or anyone else who is connected with the creation and administration of the promotion is ineligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.

By entering a Promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. To enter the Promotion you must submit the requested data via the Promotion page www.bambinomio.com/pages/promo or social media forms.

The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

By entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees to the terms of Bambino Mio’s Privacy Policy.

Only one entry per person. Spammers will be disqualified and entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.

You must not create multiple social media or email accounts in order to enter the Promotion more than once per person. Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter the Promotion will be found in breach of these terms and excluded from the Promotion.

All entries must be received by the Promoter before the promotion closes at 23:59 GMT on 3rd May 2020.

Bambino Mio will not accept responsibility for loss of entry through technical fault or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries or not received by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

There will be one winner. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date and the Promotion draws are held by Bambino Mio Ltd, 12 Staveley Way, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9EU, UK.

The winner will be notified on or around 10th May 2020 via the details provided to enter the Promotion.

The winner will have 14 working days to respond in full to Bambino Mio’s Promotion communications or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

The Promotor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE addressed to Bambino Mio Ltd, 12 Staveley Way, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9EU, UK within 3 months of the Closing Date of the Promotion.

The prize for this competition consists of;

• 6 x miosolo all-in-one nappy or 6 x mioduo two-piece nappy (to be chosen by winner)
• 1 x mioboost flat insert (3 pack)
• 1 x nappy liners (160 pack)
• 1 x reusable baby wipes (10 pack)
• 1 x laundry powder
• 1 x laundry cleanser
• 1 x wet bag
• 1 x change mat
• 1 x muslin squares (3 pack)

The winner will be able to choose the designs of relevant products as long as Bambino Mio have current stock availability.

If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, Bambino Mio reserves the right to substitute to a similar prize of equal or greater value.

Only one prize will be awarded per household.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Prizes are for domestic use only and are not for re-sale.

By entering the Promotion, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time. You may be asked to provide digital photographs of you for use in the Promoter’s marketing material. It is a condition of entry that you agree to such use if you win, to sign any necessary promotional releases relating to your image rights, and to your name and county of residence being made publicly available if you win.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media company such as Facebook or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Bambino Mio as the owner of the selected social media page and not to any third party.

This Promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Bambino Mio reserves the right suspend, cancel or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion at any time.
